You’ll enjoy a lot of independence here, but this will always be balanced with structure and personalised support.
Our Heads of Year move with their year groups, supporting students throughout their time at Sixth Form. Your form tutor will be your first port of call for help. They will spend time getting to know you and support you pastorally and academically. Our Pastoral Assistant will meet with you on a one-to-one basis and also provide study support and advice.
We will closely monitor your progress throughout Sixth Form, helping out whenever necessary. You will complete transition work in Year 12 to help us ensure that your chosen subjects are the best ones for you.
We offer specialised support in the form of our Wellbeing Manager, Safeguarding Lead, Special Educational Needs Coordinator, and Examination Officer.
